Rescuers Save ᴀʙᴀɴᴅoɴᴇᴅ Dog And Her Newborn Puppies From A Roadside Ditch

Our heart always goes out to any dog that has been ᴀʙᴀɴᴅoɴᴇᴅ.

In this particular case, however, it broke our heart because it was a mother dog who was ᴀʙᴀɴᴅoɴᴇᴅ with her puppies.

It happened in Serbia, but thanks to the Dog Rescue Shelter in Mladenovac, Serbia, they have an opportunity to move on with their life.

Like any good mother would do, the dog was protecting one of her pups by holding it into her mouth.

They could tell that she was distraught but the dogs were also in great need of medical care.

Dehydration had set in and the dogs were hungry but as their rescuer approached, the only thing he could see were the “sad and frightened eyes” of the mother dog.

It took no time before the mother was trusting him to handle her pups and he rescued each of them, giving them a kiss to show just how much he cared.

It’s always nice to see a mama and her pups getting a second chance at life.
