Dog Bones and Sadness on Their Face After Spending Days Stuck On A House Roof

When you have a pet, it is important to show it love and care. You only need to hear stories of solidarity and animal love to realize that we can all work together to create the change we want to see.

Fortunately, thanks to the efforts of activists, organizations and rescue services, the lives of many adorable animals have changed dramatically. Animal lovers in particular are raising their voices in support of all those suffering at the hands of unscrupulous people. The rescue was possible because of the pressure of the networks and the support of the Colombian national police. This time, we tell the story of a furry boy who was saved from his horrible life thanks to numerous complaints from the public.

Scott is an old Labrador who has spent his entire life chained to the roof of a house in Colombia’s Cauca Valley. Fortunately, his case was passed on to the Una Amiga Foundation. So the latter pretended to give the furry man the attention he deserved. He was only 14 years old when he spent his whole life in difficult conditions. But now he can only think how much better his golden years could have been.

Thank you, Juan Sebastian Vidal, and all those who helped in the rescue of this 14-year-old boy, he has already been brought to our facilities, and here we will do everything we can to fill him with love. Unfortunately, he is severely malnourished and will have to undergo a long course of treatment to find a new home.

The Foundation recently released an update:

,,Dr. Claudia Paris visited Paul at the Happy Pet Animal Clinic. He was thoroughly examined and underwent tests, the results of which are attached. Paul suffers from acute malnutrition, anemia, and hypoalbuminemia. All this is due to malnutrition and neglect. He is currently at the Foundation where he will remain until his rehabilitation is complete. We are confident that you will overcome this challenge and feel great strength and love for those who want to give you a new and better life. Thank you to everyone who raised their voices. Having a pet means not only having it with you but also giving it love and care. Help us spread this story and create an echo to continue the fight for all vulnerable animals. We are the voice of the voiceless.”
